Well, one of the highest risks is with anal sex, so if one partner is HIV positive and you continue to have anal sex the chances of getting HIV is pretty high.
If you only have vaginal sex then the chances are very low.
So I would say the chances are not 0% like you mention.

If you too do not have HIV then there is absolutely no risk whatsoever.
It is not possible because if you had HIV, in 15 years without treatment you would have been in the heavens.
