The other counts are more or less within the limits. I will visit doctor on Monday. Could you say this is a form of anaemia? There are no signs of redness (blood) in my stoles. Can you comment on these results in general?

There are various causes for the iron deficiency anemia that you are having. This could be nutritional due to inadequate iron intake, or due to blood loss. If your doctor is suspecting that this is due to blood loss then further testing is required. There may be microscopic bleeding in the stools which can be detected by tests and this is not seen visually by the naked eye.
