This is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

I am sorry about this fungal infection.

fungus like to grow in dark, warm, moist environments.

keeping the area dry with powders can help fight fungus.

antifungal creams can take 4-8 weeks of daily twice a day antifungal cream use to sometimes clear skin fungal infections

it can take a long time.

you have to use the creams even 1 week after the rash goes away to make sure the fungus is completely gone.

if the area is itching you can also use 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day on the area to decrease itchiness.

have you tried nystatin antifungal powders 2-4 times a day to help keep the area dry?

yes, you can send a photo

use the "add file" link

but you have to keep the area dry with antifungal powders and sprays 2-4 times a day

use hydrocortisone 1% cream 2 times a day for the itching as well

Here's a pic

that looks like a skin fungal infection

use antifungal powder there on top of antifungal creams and 1% hydrocortisone cream

eat more protein and vitamin C to help your skin heal

over time, it will get better. but it can take 4-8 weeks to get better.
