I am a 28 year old male who has been taking 150mg daily of Sertraline for the last 3 years and have just decided due to poor eating habits to try and supplement along with a new eating plan some vitamins designed for men.
I am just wanting to make sure that there will be no interactions or side effects from mixing Sertraline with the following:
D-Aspartic acid
Vitamin B6
Magnesium
Zinc
Fenugreek
Oyster extract
Vitamin B12
Vitamin C
Vitamin A
Vitamin E
Iron
Bioperine
L-Arginine HCL
L-Carnitine L Tartrate
L-Ornithine HCL

Ok yes I understand.Also there are no interactions between the different vitamins themselves are there?

Not any significant ones.

Of course, you have to be careful when taking fat soluble vitamins as they can accumulate to toxic levels.
