The cramps in legs can be due to dehydration as it is the commonest reason of muscle cramps

Other reason could be excessive stress or fatigue, electrolyte imbalance, a neuropathic pain or a spinal problem

Deficiency of B12 and vitamin D can also be responsible. You need to see the doctor for an evaluation. For now you can use Tylenol or ibuprofen to relieve the pain
