Welcome to justanswer.

1.Eosinophil and basophils are only very slightly raised which is not anything to be concerned.Mild allergy or mild infections can raise them.

2.Potassium and bicarbonate levels are also not concerning.

3.The only concerning finding is your cholesterol levels. You need to bring them down by regular exercise, eating healthy food, vegetables, fruits and avoiding fast foods.Consume diet low in cholesterol.Otherwise you might be needing cholesterol lowering drugs like statins.

4.Vitamin D levels are low for which I would suggest vitamin D supplements orally.

5.Most common causes of elevated ferritin levels are likely obesity, inflammation, and daily alcohol consumption.

I hope this is helpful.
