Customer Question

Hello! In 2013 I had spine surgery fusion after stenosis. Since then I had seven falls due to Parkinsons too. As a result I suffered a slipped disc with excruciating pain. I could not stand fore than a minute" I became housebound. However I love dancing and at my sons wedding I got up and danced. May I also say that it helped release the pain somewhat.
People who knew me told me that I had been putting the pain on.
Please can you explain how I was able to dance despite my slipped disc

dancing caused you to activate back muscles which could have helped push your disk back into place.

regular exercise can help strengthen your back muscles and help keep that disk in place.

you may benefit from eating healthier and dancing more to strengthen your back muscles to keep that disk in place

yoga, stretching, strengthening your back muscles can help keep that disk from slipping again.

let me know if you have questions.
