I am a little concerned. My 9 year old daughter showed me

Customer Question

Hi.I am a little concerned. My 9 year old daughter showed me under her tongue after brushing teeth and I could see a pinky/red lump under her tongue and stretching back to the root of a tooth. It wasn’t painful and she seemed unbothered, but it was about 1cm across and ‘wobbly’. She has had mouth ulcers lately, nothing unusual though, and there are a few white spots around her mouth, inside of cheeks.I can make a dental appointment, but is there something I should do more urgently? What could this be?Thanks
