where are these lumps?

low iron levels, abnormal thyroid hormone levels, low B12, folate levels in his system can cause hair loss.

The lumps are on his neck

I see

often it can be 100% normal to feel normal enlarged lymph node lumps in the neck.

regular viral infection can cause swollen neck lymph nodes.

most likely the lumps in his neck is not causing his hair loss.
