I have been taking epilepsy medication for the last 8 years. My latest report has the following observations:
1. Patient was awake drowsy and cooperative
2. Medium amplitude alpha rhythm of 7-8 Hx was seen in the parietal occipital areas. It blocked normally on eye opening.
3. Beta activity of low amplitude was seen anteriorly
4. Occasional sharp and slow waves of medium amplitude are seen bilaterally
5. Hyperventilation showed no additional features
6. Movement and muscle artifacts were seen. What does this imply?
