Sorry to hear that . Well with the history of gall stones and the nature of pain which radiates to the back ,it could point towards inflammation of the pancreas. I would advise you urgent blood work including ;
Serum amylase / lipase
Liver and renal function tests
And an ultrasound or CT scan abdomen.
You may take paracetamol / codeine for pain meanwhile alongwith antacid like omeprazole .
