This answer was rated:

Been having almost constant nausea over the last week along with what look like mucus in stool, high resting heart rate (around 120bpm), complete loss of appetite, shaking, chills/fever, sweating and trouble sleeping

This is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

I am sorry you are not feeling well

it sounds like you have a bad viral infection, possibly gastroenteritis

how high are your fevers?

you could have the flu or influenza viral infection.

do you have a doctor you can see who can do some blood testing for you

you may need a course of antibitoics

or antiviral medications like tamiflu if you have the flu

you may need IV fluids if you are dehydrated.

Hi thanks for the quick response
I have no idea how high the fevers are as don't have access to thermometer, they are usually shortlived but reoccurring daily.
I feel ok for an hour every now and then but then all symptoms return at once, rarely individually and I have no cough, sore throat or headache, is this normal for the flu??
Yes I'm going to doctors asap and have been keeping relatively hydrated, just not eaten for the last few days

it could be from the flu

or a bad viral infection.

keep drinking fluid

you can use paracetamol or acetamenophen or ibuprofen to help decrease pain and fevers

you can use stomach acid reducers like prilosec, maalox, mylanta, pepto bistmal to help your stomach

these are available over the counter.
