This answer was rated:

When I press on my urethral opening (which is slightly inflamed) something pops out? As if turns inside out? My GP said a while back that it was a cyst and gave me a course of antibiotics which I finished but it didn’t make any difference except reduce the urethral discharge and inflammation. I have put pictures to show. Could this be a cyst or something else? How will it be treated?

Hello Lauryn! My name is***** to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

Yes it seems like a cyst

Usually antibiotics are effective only if the cyst is infected

The only way to get rid of it is a surgical resection
