For the last 4 weeks I have been experiencing like a tickle

This answer was rated:

Hi there,For the last 4 weeks I have been experiencing like a tickle sensation in the centre of my chest. This isn’t on the skin, more inside. It feels like a tickle crawling type sensation. It’s causinb me anxiety as I find it hard not to focus on it.
My heart is fine. Blood works done in December - all fine.Could this be anxiety or something like an agricated nerve ?

Sorry, that was meant to read ... agitated nerve? Or an inflamed nerve? I am in no pain it’s very very annoying. Sometimes it’s goes and stops but then it comes back again.
I do a lot of evercise. What’s the best treatment ?
Hi
Welcome to just answer and thanks for asking
Other than anxiety it could be due to a pinched nerve
A pinched nerve can cause such kind of feeling
You need to have an examination by the doctor to assess the need for MRI and nerve conduction velocity
