Im just enquring i had a really bad kidney infection 2 weeks ago my sample came back with ecoli in it woke up last week one morning and i had a bruise on my left eyelid and under my other eye the skin seem to be yellow was back at my doctor yest to get my bloods done and the last urine samply showed infection was clear but i had microorganisms still in urine what does this mean??? It is not unusual to have some microorganisms in your urine sample, especially in women.

It is nothing to worry about.

As to the bruise it sounds like it is clearing up. As such, do not worry about it at all.
