I haven't been told otherwise

This is completely normal

The thing is one night it can be high and others it can be low and I feel as so i get palpitations through the day to

You probably are having PVCs

these are benign extra heartbeats

coffee, alcohol and tobacco can trigger them

also stress and spicy food and dehydration

I would ask your GP for a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours

that will ensure they are benign

I have had ECGS and blood tests before. My last ECG was roughly 6-8weeks ago maybe a bit more. I have suffered with health anxiety for 5 years and I'm told its down to that but i keep feeling there's something wrong with my health that is serious or life threatening and I feel that what I'm getting is so real

I know anxiety can feel like this

I can relate to you

but it sounds like you have been tested

I'm sure you are ok

What is a normal heart rate? And could you please tell me all the symptoms of health anxiety? Also are you a real doctor?

I'm a practicing internal medicine doctor in the United States.

I am most certainly a real doctor

Normal is anywhere from 50s to 100

Also, the symptoms of health anxiety are limitless!

any symptom

chest pain

shortness of breath

dizziness

sweating

the list goes on

I've always been told a normal rate is 60-100? Also I got burning in my back and heart burn type feeling. I also know I've had tests on my heart in the past but i feel it's a new day so anything could change/happen right?
