I am a cancer doctor.

where was this cut out? from inside of your mouth?

the margins are positive.

the tumor was invading into surrounding skeletal muscle.

you need more testing like an MRI scan of your head and neck or a PET/CT scan

you need to see a chemotherapy doctor and a radiation oncology doctor

you may need chemotherapy and radiation to the area to make sure it doesn't come back.

Hi it was inside mouth side cheek area. Is this curable or can I know what stage is this
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Here is ct scan report please can you explain this to me how serious is cancer spread

it is stage T2NxMx

you need more imaging to scan your neck and the rest of the body to check for evidence of cancer spread.

your scan didn't include your neck lymph nodes.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
is this a early stage of cancer

yes, most likely it is in the early stages

but it sounds like you may need additional treatments like radiation with the possibility of added chemotherapy.
