Dear customer,

Thank you for the question.

Since when is this present? Was there any trauma to the oral cavity?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I sometimes bite my cheek in my sleep. Just wondering if this spots look worrying. Notice them the last few days

Dear customer,

Thank you for replying.

This appears to be the result of a bite. They are traumatic in origin. The body is healing the trauma and this is the cause of the inflammation and vascularity. It can take a few days for the spots to completely heal. They are not worrisome or alarming. You can expect them to resolve and disappear in a week.

Take care.
