OK

Sounds like muscle fatigue and strain an nothing serious

I suggest rest, plenty of fluids, ibuprofen and magnesium supplements to help with that

Have you had an MRI scan of you lower back?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 6 months ago.

If it's been a problem this long you need an MRI scan of your lumbar spine to check for a disk problem with compression of a nerve root

Usually that isn't a surgical problem and I would refer you to a physiatrist--a sports medicine MD specialist--for a customized physical therapy program that will help with your symptoms
