About 30 minutes ago I ate a piece of undercooked chicken. My stomach feels a bit queasy now. What should I do?

Customer: No vomiting or nausea. I am a healthy female 66 years old.

It's a little early for you to be getting a full-fledged salmonella infection which can be caused by eating undercooked chicken

Most likely this is just a touch of a stomach bug and nothing serious

For now I suggest oral probiotics and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water twice a day

If, after two days you're having sustained nausea and abdominal pains it would be time to have your doctor check this out
