Customer: It's been bad for over a week. Struggling to breathe through my nose, itching eyes and throat

Well as you describe, the recommended dose of Fexofenadine is 180 mg once a day.

You can take Benadryl or Claritin at night.

Do steam inhalation and saline gargles.
You should take the nasal saline spray and OTC Nasonex spray.
You should take Ibuprofen if you have body ache, sore throat.
You should hydrate yourself with warm liquids.
You should start a multivitamin supplement and vitamin C lozenges.
Use a humidifier in your room.
Elevate your head while lying down.
If your symptoms will persist then see your doctor for further evaluation and management.
