Also when I swallow my saliva I feel clicking noise then when I swallow next a sensation of something not closing

I understand your concern.

Well as you describe, possibly it's post nasal drip and it can be caused due to either sinusitis or Laryngopharyngeal acid reflux( with or without heartburn).

You should do saline gargles and steam inhalation.

Also, do oral betadine rinse.

You should take OTC Claritin and Robitussin DM for cough.

Also, do nasal saline spray.

Hydrate yourself with plenty of liquids.

Take OTC Prilosec empty stomach and OTC Zantac at bedtime.

You should use a humidifier in your room.

Elevate your head while lying down.

Eat a bland diet.

Take OTC Mylanta Gas.

If your symptoms will persist then see your doctor for further evaluation and management.
