Customer Question

I have high ferritin above 1,000
Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: i have high ferritin over 1,000 and normal transference serum. I have taken Hemochromatosis genetic test and this was negative. This was 2 years ago, I now have joint pain in my first two fingers could this be hemochromotosis or is it more likely trigget fingers?
Assistant: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: Stiff in mornings and the fingers lock, slight pain and ache in the morning, they are ok once I get going during day. Had this for around 6 months and seems to be affecting other fingers more now.
Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: Liver is fine I had mri scan and ultrasound because of high ferritin levels. High blood pressure, everything else normal.
