Hello, i hit my forehead last night, nearly 24 hours ago. I feel ok other than a mild headache. I am a real worrier and just want reassured.
Assistant: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: Had slight feeling sick and headache comes and goes
Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: I have asthma and currently on antibiotic for uti.

If you don,t have any loss of consciousness,vomiting,bleeding from nose or ear etc then there is absolutely nothing to worry about

You can take Paracetamol for headache

It will go away in next 2-3 days
