They were at 10000 but I went to hospital and now their 3000

And what is the reason for this elevation as per your doctor?

Regards

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
They said up in hospital that its from exercise

Thanks for the details

You should avoid any further exercise till they are back to normal

And once they are normal then you must start with a very light exercise or just with a walk

It seems you are exercising too heavily causing this elevation of muscle enzymes

Please do let me know if you have any other question

My heart doesn't feel right and my hands are sweating what should I do?

what is wrong with your heart?

Regards

Customer: replied 8 days ago.
I don't know it just doesn't feel right it comes and goes the last while

If you don,t have any specific symptom like chest pain, shortness of breath etc then it is unlikely to be heart related

What if it's palpitations?

It can have many causes and if you have palpitations you should have an evaluation to find the cause
