hi i have a small renal mass i'll send u the report im waiting to see the urologist and want to know what u think

Thanks for sharing the report

This looks a rather suspicious mass and obviously need a tissue diagnosis

There is a chance of it to be a malignant tumor

This should be biopsied to make up an exact diagnosis

Please do let me know if you have any other question

with it being small it could also be benign?

Yes there is a good chance of it to be benign

This is just a 50/50 situation

But the good things are that there are no regional nodes affected and also the blood vessels are patent

So it is quite possible that it is a benign mass but you must have an evaluation by Urologist

Please do let me know if you have any other question

hi just one more question from earlier when theres no lymph nodes affected my lungs should be ok?

If you are talking in terms of a malignancy so chances of distant spread are low

But first a diagnosis needs to be confirmed
