I suspect I have sjogrens syndrome. What is the best pain

Customer Question

I suspect I have sjogrens syndrome. What is the best pain relief I can take?
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: On and off for a while but it is much worse today. I am seeing my GP on Wednesday, with symptoms of vasculitis, dry mouth and dry eyes, but these are manageable. It is the pain in body which is getting down
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: No. All blood tests are normal and no other symptoms

Thanks for the detail

You can use Paracetamol and if that does not help add Ibuprofen to it

You can also apply Capcasin cream over the painful area

Hopefully that will help in settling the pain

Please do let me know if you have any other question
