Assistant: Do you know if your family has a history of heart disease? In general, how would you describe your health lately?
Customer: im fine
Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: my heart rate is usually low , my mum had a hole in her heart and my dad had a valve repair but he’s alleyways been active

Hello! My name is Dr.Ehtisham. Welcome to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

What is your heart rate now?

How old are you?

Regards

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
I’m 47 and it’s 62bpm

So it was just a single episode of 210 per minute?

And was it only picked up on your device or you had any symptoms at that time?

Regards

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
I didn’t notice any symptoms other than I was cold not it was just that time

Thanks for the details

I think you just need to monitor your pulse rate

It is unusual to have a heart rate of 210 without any symptoms like palpitations

If this occur again then you should have an ECG

But for now you can just observe yourself

Please do let me know if you have any other question

5 mins before it was 62bpm and 10 mins later it was 68bpm

A fluctuation of up to 10 beats per minute is normal

Please do let me know if you have any other question
