Yeah my anxiety comes unexpectedly at random times, I get shakey and find it hard to sleep

No, and no I haven’t taken any medication yet.

I would suggest you the following.

1. Please keep a track of your weight.check for any excessive loss in weight.

2. Please get a thyroid profile done which includes free T4, T3 and TSH

3. Please discuss with your physician and get started on a low dose Anti anxiety drug for a short period.also get a blood pressure and resting heart rate assessed.

4. Please maintain a good diet and sleep pattern which includes timed eating and sleeping for atleast 6 to 8 hours continuously

If your symptoms still persist after the above methods and a normal thyroid profile, please discuss with your physician regarding an ultrasound abdomen and MRI of the brain.
