Hello. I'm Dr Chip
How long has this been going on?

Any other symptoms like mouth/gum pain, sinus congestion, indigestion?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
It's been going on for a few days. No mouth or gum pain. Congestion or indigestion.

There are a few causes for this--

A viral sinus infection even if there's no congestion

Gastric acid reflux

A zinc deficiency or anemia or B12 deficiency

For now I suggest you try a saline nasal spray, zinc lozenges, Pepcid or Nexium and green tea

But if it still continues beyond another five days you should have your doctor check it out with an exam and some blood work
