JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: Headache is just today no nausea

5) Lemon water (warm) with honey.

I have already taken 8 paracetamol since 8 o clock yesterday

You may take Ibuprofen if you do not have a history of asthma.

I have asthma and I am allergic to ibuprofen

You would need a prescription analgesic.

This may be rhinosinusitis (rhinitis and sinusitis). Following are recommended;

1) Saline nasal sprays

2) Intranasal steroid spray

3) Instillation of steroid solutions into the nose

4) Antibiotics

5) Decongestants

For treating it naturally; steam inhalation, nasal saline water (saltwater) irrigation (can be done by Neti-pot), Vitamin C, Eucalyptus oil inhalation can be done. The following can increase the body immunity so help in overcoming the sinus infection;

1) Omega 3; Fish oil capsule and flaxseed oil capsule.

2) Ginkgo Biloba

3) Zinc 30 mg.

An x-ray of the sinuses would be advised.

Wishing you a speedy resolution and all the very best in life.
