Hello , welcome to JustAnswer . I will be answering you shortly

Do you take any blood pressure medications?

For how long did it last ?

Any weakness , numbness in the limbs?

Any loss of consciousness?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no meds, lasted about 1 minute, no weakness, and i was consious

Postural drop in BP can occur leading to short lived dizziness , it happens as we age . Nothing alarming though .keep up your water intake . Its not suggestive of stroke or TIA. Its called postural hypotension

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
my blood pressure is between 111/69 and 12172
12172 sorry i thought that was normal
Customer: replied 6 months ago.

Its the postural drop which only lasts for a minute or so , not your normal blood pressure. Recording blood pressure while lying in bed and then standing can determine whether there is a significant drop .

Let me know if you have any more queries .
