Hi.Welcome to just answer.I am caring doc.I can help you today.
The most common cuase of metallic taste in mouth and blood in spit is local mouth pathology like gingivitis or canker sores in the mouth.
Brushing at night may cause local trauma to the gums that may not be obvious but may lead to little blood in the saliva.
Yes sure.

Ok.thanks.Do you have any gum disease?
Is their any history of nose bleed?
There*
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
I don’t have any nose bleed history. Gum disease I think I do but I treat it with corsodyl mouthwash (this hasn’t been diagnosed by a dentist it’s what I think)
Ok.yes you should not worry. Its not something serious. It's not coughed up sputum which can come from lung or esophagus..its saliva and its local. You should relax.
