Hello i have a burning pain in my left groin, last couple of days, not constant.
I am concerned if there could be something sinister on my ovaries or is it pmt?
Could it be nerve due to lower back ache?
Day 24 in cycle.
I have had a internal ultrasound for prevention check up that i requested in November, everything was fine

Hello! My name is Dr.Ehtisham. Welcome to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

What you mean by PMT?

Customer: replied 7 days ago.
Pre menstrual tension

Thanks for the details

This can be a PMT

Other possibility can be an irritated nerve

You should take some analgesic and just observe for now

Hopefully it will go away once your period starts

Only if it persist then you will need evaluation

Please do let me know if you have any other question

Should i be concerned? I do feel it in my lower back and i do have back ache due to unusual exercise move this month.
Can my worry be put at ease if my november intravaginal ultrasound was absolutely fine?

Yes if the ultrasound was okay so nothing to worry about

Even if it is an irritated nerve it will settle in few days
