Age is 36 female and I drink on weekends mostly. I have right abdominal pains and very tender to touch. I’ve been vomiting through the night. Stools and urine appear fine although stools a bit loose

I’ve had gallstones before and symptoms are the same but much worse this time

Sorry for late reply and inconvenience.

Thanks for all this additional information.

I understand your concern.

Well as you describe, it sounds like Acute Cholecystitis with Cholelithiasis( Gallstone).

I wouldn't recommend trying over the counter painkillers.

It requires urgent medical attention.

Don't consider a wait and watch approach and see a doctor in an emergency room ASAP to prevent complications.

I have been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen alternating the two but nothing has worked really. I’m just concerned about going to the hospital as they are so busy with fighting this pandemic

Paracetamol and Ibuprofen wouldn't work for acute pain.

A doctor in an emergency would give you anti-spasmodic injections, anti-emetic injections and IV fluid.
