It is associated with a tenderness that occurs when one applies pressure to your lower right abdomen.To make a diagnose, you need--Blood tests-Urine test-Ultrasound of abdomenA physical examination should be done by a doctor.If left untreated it can rupture and can cause serious complications.Other possibilities are- Renal calculi, inflammation of the colon.You should not delay and rush to ER ASAP.Please do not delay and make an urgent trip to the ER.
