Thanks for all these additional details

I am sorry to hear about his problem.

Well, these symptoms can be indicative of Appendicitis.
The cause of appendicitis isn't always clear. It can occur due to infection or obstruction in the appendix.
It starts with aching pain that begins around your belly button and often shifts to your lower right abdomen. Also, such pain can become sharper over several hours. It is associated with a tenderness that occurs when one applies pressure to your lower right abdomen.

To make a diagnose, you need-
-Blood tests
-Urine test
-Ultrasound of abdomen
A physical examination should be done by a doctor.

If left untreated it can rupture and can cause serious complications.
Other possibilities are- Renal calculi, inflammation of the colon.

You should not delay and rush to ER ASAP.
Please do not delay and make an urgent trip to the ER.

Hope this helped
