I have had a chesty cough for approx 8. days. No fever, no headaches. I am self isolating
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: daily no nausea
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: I get chest infection almost yearly. Which as. always cleared up with some antibiotics fro the docs

Well as you describe, your current symptoms are not suggesting Coronavirus if you didn't have any exposure.
Your symptoms can be associated with Sinusitis.
You should take some self-care measures until you see your doctor.
Do steam inhalation and saline gargles.
You should take the nasal saline spray and OTC Nasonex spray.
You should hydrate yourself with warm liquids.
You should start a multivitamin supplement and vitamin C lozenges.
Elevate your head while lying down.
It's strongly advised to wear a mask, frequent hand washing and use of gloves or hand sanitizer.
If your symptoms get worse with shortness of breath then see a doctor ASAP.
Boost your immunity.
