JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: Not seen a doctor, I am on statins and I have had a sore throat so have taken paracetomol
JA: How long have you had the symptoms? Do you have a fever?
Customer: no fever, sore throat not as bad and started on tuesday
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: no nothing
