Okay thanks, ***** ***** is likely to be a fungal infection. The term would be Tinea Verrsicolor/colour depending on which spelling you prefer
It is caused by a fungal infection that already lives on the skin, it infects the melanin and alters the colour of the skin. Any fungal infection can also be itchy.
As it has only been present for a few weeks, I would use topical Clotrimazole which you should be able to buy from a pharmacy. Use this three times daily for 2 weeks. If by then there is no change, this will need to be examined further
