My partner and I have been together for 3 years, he has an above normal size penis. Recently certain positions that we’ve done throughout have been hurting me more, could you tell me why?
JA: Is this your first time reaching out for information about this?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: The female side of my family have a history of cervical cancer

Good evening, I am Dr Elliot.

Other than the discomfort have you had any abnormal bleeding?

If I miss my pill more than once I have spotting

Okay thanks. And have you had any smears? If so are they up to date and normal so far?

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
No I’m not old enough as of yet

How old are you?

Customer: replied 11 days ago.

Okay thanks. So pain in certain positions is likely to be from trauma. If you are having no bleeding then this is reassuring in regards ***** ***** cancer. However if you are experiencing pain each time and this shows no sign of improving then I would suggest you see your GP for someone to examine you and do a speculum examination to ensure your cervix looks normal

Does this help answer your question?

What do you mean by trauma?

Trauma from having sex. Vigorous sex or a large penis could cause some trauma/injury/bruising to the vagina
