I can appreciate your concern.

You are having symptoms pertaining to various systems, so diagnosis is not clear cut. But there are a number of conditions which can cause such symptoms. You need proper investigations to rule out these and other possibilities.

My advise is to go to a Family Physician / Primary Care Physician for this. Make an appointment with a doctor near you. The ER is not the proper place for this checkup - they are more geared towards emergencies and will not take the time for a proper checkup and history.

It is always wise to have a regular Family Doctor on hand who can check up and monitor you on a long term basis so that he becomes familiar with your case.

A number of conditions can cause disorders linked to multiple systems:

  • Autoimmune connective tissue disorders
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Lyme Disease
  • Vit. B12 Deficiency
  • Vitamin D deficiency
  • Mineral deficiency including magnesium levels
  • Adrenal insufficiency
  • Dysautonomia (Link)
  • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (Link)
  • Myofascial pain syndrome
  • Heavy metal toxicity
  • Leukodystrophies of Adulthood
  • Hereditary degenerative disorders
  • Carcinoid syndrome
  • Anxiety
  • Cardiac causes like congestive cardiac failure
  • Sleep apnoea

Note down these causes or copy-paste them into Word and take a printout and discuss with your doctor. I am not suggesting that you are having any of this, but having a list of causes will help to start an informed discussion and help you to get detailed explanations.

Take care - go to a Family Physician / Primary Care physician - discuss these causes with him - this will lead to a proper diagnosis for you.

Hope this shows you the way forward - wish you good health and a quick recovery.

I trust my answer has helped you gain more knowledge and confidence about your problem and in knowing what to discuss with your doctor.
