I had h pylori 2 months ago which was eradicated with antibiotics, I did a stool test again and it came back negative...my stomach was still not 100% but was getting better, I was feeling good for few weeks and since past 2 days I started to get bloated after eating, this lasted for few days and went away, now I have and upset stomach which comes and goes, my diet has been very good for 6 months and I havnt changed it...

Hello! My name is***** to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

This can happen for some time after a successful eradication

There is nothing to worry at all

You can use Pepto-bismol and Omeprazole for this

It will settle after some time

It is good that the H.Pylori have been eradicated successfully

You should do regular exercise

Avoid gas producing food stuff

Take your last meal at least three hours before sleeping

Avoid smoking and alcohol

Hopefully these measures will help

Please do let me know if you have any other question
