Thanks a lot for your input. I am sorry to hear about your problem. I am going to address your primary concern but later you can ask anything you want. This is just silent acid reflux from your stomach. In this type of reflux, there is no actual heartburn but the amount of acid from the stomach causes the throat to become inflamed and this is where you feel light pain and something stuck in the throat. I would suggest that you must try over the counter available capsule omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for 2 weeks and 2 tablets of Tylenol thrice daily for 5 days and you are going to be alright. I reassure you that there is nothing serious like cancer-related to this. This is not coronavirus either. I wish you good luck and that you get well soon. My goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have received anything less, please reply back as I am happy to address follow-up questions. Kindly rate me when you are done. You can come back here to ask anything even after you have rated the answer. I will be glad to help you always. A 5-star rating is requested and will be appreciated. Regards

You should avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, and spicy foods. Give a two-hour break between your sleep and meal. Gargling will not help you.
Please start with my suggestions and you are going to be alright. I reassure you.
