I’ve noticed something wrong with the shaft of my penis. I’m quite scared to be honest and I’m looking for some help
JA: Is the condition chronic, or acute?
Customer: Sorry, I don’t know the difference?
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: No

Hello! My name is***** to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

What exactly is the problem?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It looks like dry skin on the shaft and head of the penis. It also looks like lumps but it doesn’t feel like it

Here is a photo.

Thanks for sharing

Is it painful or itchy?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Neither. It doesn’t cause any sort of irritation but it’s definitely isn’t smooth

Thanks for the details

It seems that you have a yeast infection in that area

You should apply Canesten cream over it

Hopefully it will get better in a couple of weeks

You can use an aemollient like E-45 cream as well for dryness in addition to Canesten cream

There is nothing to worry at all

Please do let me know if you have any other question

Thank you so much! I was terrified. I do have one more question since I’m here and it’s a lot easier to talk.Once a month or every other month I get a subtle pain in my left testicle. It’s short and only lasts like 5 mins as it slowly disappears but I don’t know why it happens? It’s like a stinging pain, it’s tolerable but not comfortable

Does this pain occur after sex or masturbation?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It’s completely random. It happened today a few hours ago but I haven’t had sex nor have I masturbated in a few days

Thanks for the details

It does not sound like anything serious

It can be due to some nerve compression

You can have it examined on your next visit to GP

But I am sure it is nothing serious

Please do let me know if you have any other question

If done please leave a 5-stars feedback rating
