JA: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Any other skin concerns?
Customer: Over 2 months. I have had them previously years ago. But they did not last this long. I had eczema as a child.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: I have asthma, and mild hay fever

I know all this, I just want to know if there is anything that will help resolve this issue, other than knowing the trigger. I have changed washing powder. I coloured my hair in March. This did not start until May. Yes I coloured again, but I assune it woukd be more instant?
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
I have been fine after each colour this happened weeks after that. I don't know what else has changed.

I think you can use a mast cell stabilizer once the current episode settle

That can help in prevention of the further attacks

Please do let me know if you have any other question

Ok where do I get this and how can I calm the current flare up?

You can take anti-histamine for current flare up and afterward you should see the doctor for the mast cell stabilizer

Well that was money well spent? I have tried to see a doctor, due to lockdown situation, only had live video chats. Allergic to antihistamines they prescribed? This has not told me anything I am not already trying?

At the moment you need anti-histamine and if that does not work then a steroid

Once the current outbreak settle then you will need a mast cell stabilizer like Montelukast to prevent future attacks

Please do let me know if you have any other question

Regards

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
Ok, i am already taking Montelukast for my asthma. The antihistamines do not appear to be working and my doctors say they cannot do anything else, I need to find the trigger. They will not do allergy testing either as not easy to get for adults on the NHS

That actually can help

If you can arrange a test privately

Please do let me know if you have any other question
