What have you tried to treat it so far ?

Dry skin creams all variety. Things like aqueous cream etc just not getting better

I think you should apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream over it for a week along with an emollient like Vaseline

Hopefully that will help

In case if that does not help then you should use a Canesten cream over it

what do you think it looks like? Doesn’t look like a sti no? I’ve been tested and with same partner 3 years but just don’t know what it can be

Yes they are over the counter

It does not look like an STI

Likely a fungal infection or a dry skin or dermatitis
