Allergic rhinitis is making my life a misery and keeping me awake at night. This is year round not just in the summer. I have suffered for many years but it is getting worse. I have tried all the medication available from the Pharmacy.
JA: When did you start using this medication? How severe were any side effects?
Customer: no side affects they just don't work

Customer: No, impossible to get an appointment at my GP

Hi, I have not been feeling well for the past 3 days and believe it may be more than a cold I have tested negative for COVID But i have headache, deep cough, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue, and I think I had a fever two days ago
JA: How long have you had the runny nose? Have you used any medication for this?
Customer: Yes. I have used a maximum strength cold and flu relief medicine The runny nose came later. First symptoms were headache and sore throat
JA: Got it. Where are you located? How widespread is COVID-19 in your area?
Customer: I'm in London, the waterloo area. I think it is fairly widespread but I'm not entirely sure From the United States though

Is it possible to suffer negative side effects when increasing the dose of citalopram from 20 to 30 mg? How long are these negative side effects expected to last before the positive effect of the medication can be felt?
