is it on the skin?

is it itchy?

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
It is on the skin but not itchy.
Expert:  RickD810 replied 9 days ago.

It may be a fungal infection

Please buy some canesten cream from the pharmacist and this will help

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
But the pain is inside of my testicles like someone squeeze my balls
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
A infection is maybe unlikely bacause I have the same girlfriend for three years and she is fine
Expert:  RickD810 replied 9 days ago.

You have had a scan and therefore anatomically you are fine. Sometimes the testicles can become painful for unknown reasons and I would advise that you use supportive underwear

Fungal infections are not sexually transmitted diseases. They can occur anywhere in the body esp in areas which are closed (e.g. underwear) and moist/ sweaty
