I have woken up with vertigo. This is the secnd time this has happened in the past 18 months. What exercises can I do to help?

You can try doing "Brandt Daroff" manoeuvres at home(See YouTube for method) . It's easier and very effective too. Do it every 4 hours for a couple of days. You can also take Tablet Meclizine 25 mg every 8 hours for 2 days in addition.
