Getting pregnant with PCOS can be challenging and you are also above 30 years age, which may play a role in conception too.

To increase your chances, you need to have regular ovulation, meaning regular periods, and the best way for this is to get proper evaluation and treatment for your PCOS.

Metformin is a good medication for PCOS in many cases, but you need to contact your Ob/gyn to evaluate your PCOS and treat it accordingly, to improve your chances of conceiving soon,
